Return Window
Orders can be exchanged or returned within 12 hours from the date of delivery. Requests received after 12 hours will not be accepted.

Refund Method

• For partial orders, refunds will be issued as a gift card only. Refunds to the original payment source are not applicable.

• Products purchased during a sale can only be exchanged or refunded as a gift card. The gift card will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

• 
  Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during a flash sale, last piece sale, or clearance sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
  
  Product Condition
  Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. If there are visible signs of wear, washing, or damage, the product will be shipped back to you, and the return/exchange will not be processed.
  Once a product has been returned or exchanged, it is not eligible for a further return or exchange.
  
  Return Pickup & Shipping

• Domestic returns: Reverse pickup is available at an additional charge as per the courier.
   

• International returns: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including customs duty and any other applicable charges, to ship the product back to our warehouse. The refund will be processed once we receive the product.
  
  Refund Process
  Refunds will be initiated within 24-48 hours after we receive the product in our warehouse.
